Delete your SYLO account

You can delete your SYLO account and the data linked to it at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your account, profile and sign-in details
• Brand kits, logos, guidelines and every file you uploaded
• AI agents and everything created in GTM, Marketing, Social and Creative studios
• Connected tools, social accounts and saved API keys
• Team members, permission sets, notifications and support tickets

What we keep

Anonymous usage cost records with nothing linking them to you, for billing and accounting.

How it works

Sign in, confirm below, then open the confirmation link we email you. Your account is deleted as soon as you confirm.
